Introductions, safety briefing at the crag, whilst your experienced guides setup the abseils for the afernoon. You can expect to be abseiling a number of routes in half a day. You will gain an insight into the techniques required to abseil more proficiently. 16:30-17:00 – Back to base, for a cuppa, chat, review and relax.
