Events by Date Order

Ingleton GALA and Mountain Race @ Sports Field
Jul 16 all-day

Family fun for all at the village gala.  Stalls, prizes, food & drink, music & dancing. SORRY, NO DOGS ALLOWED ON THE FIELD.

Plus the infamous mountain race up Ingleborough – join in or cheer on the runners. SENIOR RACE 3PM, JUNIOR RACE 3.15PM


Garstang Gymnastics, ‘Flagcrackers’ and QES Samba Band.  Also, Ingleton Cheerleaders.

Crowning of the Gala Queen.

Fancy Dress judging at the primary school at 12pm (Classes are: pretty, comic, original, prams, bikes, groups and floats)


Also on the field: birds of prey, alpacas, bouncy castle, climbing wall, vintage tractors, refreshments and other stall,  W.I Teas in the community centre. GALA RAFFLE – 1st prize of a BIBBYS shopping weekend, plus cash prizes.





Overground Underground Event – Pump Track Coaching Sessions @ Ingleton Pump Track
Jun 3 @ 10:00 am – 2:30 pm

Learn correct technique and tips with Joe Flanagan. Joe completed a degree in Outdoor Education at Liverpool University and he’s been riding at elite level on the Enduro World Series for the last two years.
He completed his coaching quali cations under Joe Rafferty and receives nothing but outstanding feedback on all coaching days.
He’s a super smooth and stylish rider with shed loads of experience to back it up. He enjoys big days out in the lakes and in his own words ‘buzzes off helping other riders improve’!
Coaching at Ingleton Pump Track is supported by Escape Bike Shop. Escape Bike Shop will be on hand during the day to give free bike safety checks and advice.
Date: Saturday 3rd June 2017 Time: 10.00am, 11.30am and 1.00pm sessions
Where: Ingleton Pump Track, Backgate, Ingleton, LA6 3BT Cost: £7 per person
Age: 11+ Parents must be in attendance for sign on
Access: Unsuitable for wheelchairs and buggies

Ingleton Autumn Light Festival (and pump track challenge) @ I-Centre

Saturday October 21st from 4.15pm Ingleton Icentre and Pump track.Autumn Event Logo
4.15 Walking light procession to gather at Ingleton Primary School.
4.30 Judging of costumes (Most Wacky, Best illuminated, Best lantern, Most imaginative) followed by procession to the I centre via Burnmoor crescent led by Batala Lancaster Samba Band.
5pm Prize giving presentation and certificates at the I centre (£5 and a free ride)
5.15pm Blue Moose Dance Academy Flash Mob (outside)
5.45pm Tap Class Performance (Gym)
6.15pm Magic Show (Gym)
7pm Keep Fit Ladies Have a go Line dancing (Gym)
7.45pm Panto Chorus (Gym)
8pm Mini disco (Gym)
8.30pm Live Music with Back From Beyond Set 1 (Gym)
9pm Poi fire Dance with Batala Samba Band (Outside)
9.30pm onwards – Back From Beyond Set 2 until close

Pump Track Experience begins 5pm until 8.45pm with run bike fun, British cycling and Escape bike shop.
Autumn market with an exciting array of local produce/ displays of local art work on show within the Hall until late.
