If you can run 10km on the at you should be able to run-walk this although it is no walk in the park. The nal part of the climb includes three steep stone step sections with a rocky scramble to gain the summit. Descending these requires care especially if conditions are less than ideal. Children are welcome with a parent who can vouch for their ability. Equipment: This is a trip in a remote upland area which means that even in summer extra kit should be carried in addition to wearing a t-shirt, shorts and trainers with grippy soles. A spare long sleeve top, windproof jacket and head covering are minimum requirements.
