A low-key family friendly introduction to swim-run-bike using very short distances on traf c-free courses.

The youngest age group should have an adult accompanying them on the bike and run, and help is allowed for all in transitions.

Cost: £10 per child. £15 per family team

Age: For all swimmers up to age 16 Access: Not suitable for wheelchairs and buggies
