If you can run 10km on the at you should be able to run-walk this although it is no walk in the park. The nal part of the climb includes three steep stone step sections with a rocky scramble to gain the summit. Descending these requires care especially if conditions are less than ideal. Children are welcome with a parent who can vouch for their ability. A spare long sleeve top, windproof jacket and head covering are minimum requirements. If the weather is ne we will linger on the summit for photos so additional clothing incl. leg covering, personal food and drink should be considered.
