What’s On

We’ve lots going on in the Ingleton area with something to interest you throughout the year. Main annual events include

 1940’s Weekend, Overground Underground Festival, Ingleton Gala & Mountain Race and Sheafstock. Ingleton also hosts its very own cycle sportive, Escape to the Dales.

From family friendly to the more specialised, you’re bound to find something to take part in and enjoy.

2019 events include –

See Father Christmas at White Scar Caves @ White Scar Caves

On December weekends before Christmas the cave will have a festive theme, with special illuminations and effects. Father Christmas will be in the Battlefield Cavern,  with lots of presents for children.

Dates: 1, 2, 8, 9, 15, 16, 22, 23 December. Admission times (weather permitting) from 11am, with last entry at 3pm. All admissions (both adult and children) will be £8.00. Booking is not required.

Please note that these arrangements replace the standard tour, which operates during the rest of the year.

Father Christmas grotto – Just turn up. 11am – 4pm. £10 per child inc gift, £7.50 for adults.  Entry includes the fee for the nature trail.
