If you witness a cardiac arrest, you can increase the person’s chance of survival by phoning 999 immediately, commencing CPR & asking someone to fetch a defibrillator.

All the Public Access defibrillators are looked after by Ingleton’s Save A Life committee. Each one has a volunteer Guardian who checks it weekly.
The aim of Ingleton Save A Life is to have an effective group of people in the Parish who are able to resuscitate in a cardiac arrest situation.
