Real Sourdough has a beautiful simplicity, great health benefits and is totally delicious.

During this half day course you will learn all about the goodness of this bread and how to make your own perfect loaves from scratch.

You will learn from a real Sourdough master, have a go at many of the tips and techniques you are shown and leave the course understanding the basics of the perfect sourdough.

Course covers:

  • Making and caring for your ‘Starter’
  • Understanding grains and flours
  • Kneading, rolling and proving
  • Getting the perfect bake

Course includes:

  • Refreshments on Arrival
  • All ingredients and equipment needed throughout the course
